Hi Pralay,
Since the Blue Prism Server service is not starting, you can try the following steps:
Open Services, right-click on Blue Prism Server, and select Properties.
Under the General tab, set the Startup type to Automatic.
Go to the Log On tab and select This account.
Enter the credentials of a Windows account that has the required administrator privileges on the machine.
Click Apply and then try starting the Blue Prism Server service again.
Please check whether the service starts successfully after following these steps.
Thanks!

Hi Vinod, Please try to run the following PowerShell to test the connection?
tnc -computername [RR_fqdn] -port [8181] -InformationLevel Detailed
(Change computername and port to your configuration)
If you have a result as 'PingSucceeded = True' and 'TcpTestSucceeded = False' , this indicates that the Login Agent device is network-accessible but cannot be reached on port [8181].
Open the LoginAgentService.config file, confirm all your information is correct, and increase the dbwait value. ( The default Value is 60)
<argument name="dbwait">
<value>300</value>
</argument>
