Restart Sequence for Blue Prism 7.2.1 environment during Maintenance window

Hi All,

We recently established our Blue Prism Production environment. Below is our current setup environment. Can someone assist me with the restart sequence for this setup?

Current configuration in Blue Prism Production environment.
1. Blue Prism Application version   : v7.2.1
2. HA Enabled                   : Azure Standard Load Balancer (2 node of app server)
3. Blue Prism HUB & Interact: Standalone version 4.7
4. Blue Prism API  
5. RabbitMQ server

looking for restart sequence of server.

In my experience the below sequence has worked fine:

1. Close any open Blue Prism window on all machines.

2. Restart the Blue Prism Database server VM and wait for it to be fully up.

3. Restart the Blue Prism App Server VM and wait for it to be fully up.

4. Restart all Runtime machines and Interactive clients so they can connect to a fresh session with the DB and App server.

p.s. It is advised to consult with the IT admin team, as they have a better understanding of the network and infrastructure. You can also raise a support ticket to get tailored advice regarding your specific configuration, especially with the load balancer in place.
