We have noticed VDIs connected to control room disconnecting intermittently from the control room . Some occurrences VDis are coming back to connected state and mostly disconnected from the environment on a permanent basis . While analysing the VDI the resource PC with stopped state . This happening intermittently in our environment. With different VDIs . Please advise.

Hi Steve,

Thanks for your reply. I am using Blue Prism 6.10.5 version and I searched BP Forums and Google, but it did not help. Still I am facing the issue.

Hi Ramesh,

The solution would likely be dependent on the type of connection mode you're using as well as getting some feedback on if you've tried the documented solutions in the KB articles above (Portal access required).

If implementing the suggestions from the KB articles about this error don't help, I'd recommend you open a Support ticket with us containing the required information and what you've tried to this point so we could investigate further.

Hi Steve,

Seems I don't have access to portal, hence I couldn't open the links you sent. However, I tried all other options from web. Let me describe more about the issue, it may help solutioning.

My connection to Application Server or DB Servers gets deadly slow, though there is no much load and have load balancer in place. When I see event viewer I see the above error, don't know why it went to faulty state. App & DB servers reboot worked for sometime, but again same issue. I am connecting using WCF connection mode. In case it doesn't solve, sure I will raise a ticket with Blue Prism.

Your best bet would be to send an email to support@blueprism.com to get your Portal access sorted out, as our Knowledge Base articles cover this exact scenario when using WCF connection methods, and having Portal access will also allow you to log a ticket directly with us.
