I'm using 7.1 Enterprise.

I want to fix above situation.

Above image pops up in the PC1.

Before it happened, I changed the window account in PC2.

The other hand, PC2 can communicate with PC1.

Only PC1 cannot communicate with PC2.

How to solve this problem?

Hi,

I would check firewall settings and let 8181 port to be open and, of course, 8199 if you are running on default port numbers.

Hi,
Check this KB article runtime-resources-are-showing-as-disconnected-with-bpe-error-application-server-cannot-currently-com

If you have issue with accessing  you can try below steps
.
Check if the Runtime Resource machine is configured with multiple IP addresses.

Identify which IP address is to be used, and remove the additional IP addresses.

You may also run network tests found here in this Blue Prism guide-tests-network-connectivity The guide will help determine establish if there are any connectivity restraints between the App Server and Runtime Resources.

Also, "automate.exe" should be added to the list of exemptions in the Windows Firewall settings. Checking the boxes for private, public, and domain firewall options.

This can be done by performing the following steps:

  1. Open Windows Defender Firewall and right-click on Inbound Rules, then select New Rule...
  2. Select Program as your Rule type.
  3. Navigate to your BPE installation folder and select Automate.exe.
  4. Select Allow connection.
  5. Tick all 3 boxes - Domain, Private and Public.
  6. Click Next and then name your Rule.
  7. Click Finish.

    Thanks,
    Harish
