RunTime Resource goes to offline in control Room Once Login process(loginAgent) is executed

hi,

One of our runtime resources recently connected to our app server shows offline in the control room once the Login process is completed. Had to manually log in to that resource and sign out then it shows a logged-out state in the Available resource tab( control room). It's a new runtime resource, I just connected to the app server, and installed the login agent in that runtime source. please help me resolve this issue.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi,

Here you go

1. Check the Event log

2. Check the WIN + R type=> Shell:Startup

          a. If Automate shortcut is not there, then create a shortcut from "C:\Program Files\Blue Prism Limited\Blue Prism Automate"

          b. Again go WIN + R type=> Shell:Startup Right click the Automate shortcut, then properties.

          c. In the TARGET field place => "C:\Program Files\Blue Prism Limited\Blue Prism Automate\Automate.exe" /resourcepc /public /sso /invisible

3. Perform Logout(manually) & Login (Via Login Agent)
