Hello,
We are facing issues with our Run time resources, we have 10 dedicated VDIs and processes run for every 10-mins.
Some time in morning or all of sudden the user session in VDIs are terminated automatically and we are seeing all the RR's offline in Interactive Client control room as offline. This is been happening with us for about couple of months.
Can anyone help with findings ? or workarounds.
I am assuming it might a port issue we are using 8199 instead of 8181.
For now - I am using login agent as a work around and added a task to stat the resource pool in task scheduler as soon as a bot enters into VDI it is starting the listener. But this is workaround, trying to solve this as soon as possible.
