There are several scenarios
1. Runtime shows in missing state and connection lost to App server - randomly. The Login Agent service and Blue Prism server both are running. still the connection is lost.
2. Each sunday - after windows patch update - whether a restart to a computer is happened or not - Runtime goes on missing. In this case, sometimes the Login Agent and Blue Prism Server, both services are running. and sometimes it is not running.
