Hi,
We are experiencing connection lost or offline more frequently after upgrading the Blue Prism to 7.2.1.
Any help to overcome this issue.

Raising a support ticket might be more effective Mithun. Provide as much information as you can in the ticket so the Support team can help you effectively.

Same here after upgrading from 6.10 to 7.3. We raised a ticket immediately when we found this issue (many months ago) but it's still not resolved. It happens only with browser automations (we use Chrome) and automations which use Mainframe Application. Automations that don't use any applications work just fine. It usually happens right after the application is closed. We've tried many different ways to close applications and also replaced Launch with Start Process because Launch is unreliable in this version.

We have been seeing similar issues after migrating our app servers to a cloud hosted environment whilst retaining our resource machines on prem. Everything points to failure of a persistent connection between the resource machines and the app server. Blue Prism is extremely sensitive to connection persistence, far more than bandwidth. Have not resolved yet but am hopeful our internal network resources can check for all of the pertinent configuration settings. May have to move back on prem if not resolved.
