We have an issue with a schedule that won't start automatically. It is set to start at 03:00 daily, but nothing happens.
Even if you try 'Run Now', it still won't start.
But, if you manually start it in Control Room (i.e. drag the process over the (same) resource), then it goes to Pending state and you can start it.
We firstly tried stopping and re-started resource pc on the machine we are trying to run the process on and then tried rebooting it - both made no difference, the schedule won't run automatically!
What could be causing this or is there a log that we can look at to see what is stopping it being triggered ?
