Hi Folks,

From the past two days we are facing one issue with the scheduler.We have the Process which Starts at 6:30AM  it's doing good Evryday with the schedule time but don't know what happen suddenly it's showing one more schedule with the same process at 12:15:01 Pm but i couldn't find that schedule in in Blue prism and don't know from where it's adding.Whn i click on the View Scheduke for 12:15:01 Pm it's bringing me back to the Original Schedule at 6:30 AM.

How did we resolve this issue?

Can we see from where it's adding the Schedue time as 12:15:01 Pm?

Can we see in Blue Prism data base who's creating this schedule?

Hi Syed,

You can see the details of owner of the scheduler and relevant activities from the Audio Logs which can be accessed via  Blue Prism System > Audit > Audit Logs.

Go through Audit and Scheduler logs to troubleshoot this.

HI Syed,

Please check the time format setting of your application server. probably that's causing issue.
