Seeking Assistance: Browser Launch Issues in Control Room (V7.4.0)

Hi Team,

I hope you are all doing well.

I am currently encountering a technical challenge with a process deployment and would appreciate any insights the community might have. While the process executes successfully and launches the browser without issue within Studio, I am finding that the browser fails to launch when the same process is triggered via the Control Room.

For context, here are the environment details:

• Blue Prism Version: 7.4.0

• Browser Extension Version: 7.4.0

• Browser: Chrome 

• Chrome Version: 139.0

I have verified that the extension is active, but the behavior persists on the Runtime Resource. If anyone has encountered similar discrepancies between Studio and Control Room environments in V7.4, I would be very grateful for your guidance or any troubleshooting steps you might recommend.

Site URL is missing in application modeler , if you are not passing Site URL in application modeler then you have to pass in Launch Stage under path .

you can enter the site URL in application modeler, for example: https://www.google.com

This is something that we currently have on 7.3, Blue Prism confirmed a bug existed for this and that it was fixed in the next version. A little concerning to see it present on 7.4. Either way though we were provided with a "Browser Utility" object to workaround the problem.
