Session logs not visible in the Pool Resources

Hi,

We have recently created a new Resource pool, in that session logs are visible to only 1 resource added to the pool, rest all other resources session logs are not visible. 

We are able to view session logs of all the resources only from the admin id.

Also we have noticed that 1 resource whose session logs are visible has Default Group inherited properties and others don't

Can anyone please help on resolving this issue?

Hi Dhanish 

This sounds like the resources that are not in the Default Group may have been applied restrictions via Multi-Team Environments - check the Access rights for resources section of the online help
