Setting Collection Fields from Excel

Is there way to set the Collection Fields using data from a certain row from an excel file?

FYI, I'm first getting the worksheet as a collection.  Then I want to set the Collection Fields using the data on row 10.  How do I accomplish this?  Thanks.

NM, I figured it out.  I was looking at the wrong VBO.  I should've been looking into the Excel VBO instead of the Collection VBO.  Excel VBO as Get Worksheet as Collection Offset action.
