Spy Java mode doesnot work for XEMAC application

Good day!

We have our process to be tested now, and so far it seems that the robot user cannot see/spy login and password fields. XEMAC it's java based application and so far it works when the user is running the process on their Citrix environment. Alrhough we also have separate Citrix Silo for our robots, and there the robot cannot spy properly the fields. Tbe process at the end gives us an error "Reason: Internal : Failed to perform step 1 in Write Stage 'Write User ID' on page 'Enter Credentials' - There are no Java elements matching the query"

I do not think it is because of the worng screen resolution or Java being not enabled (it actually is). Does anyone have other ideas how to solve it?
Only Java Spying Miode works for this application.

Thank you!

Hi Kaja,

I hope you have installed required JAB and enabled it,if not this link will help you.https://portal.blueprism.com/system/files/2017-11/v6%20User%20Guide%20-%20Java%20Access%20Bridge.pdf

select "External, 64 bit mode" from application manager mode drop down ( you can get it in application modeller wizard ) save it and check.

Hope it will resolve your issue.

Thanks
