Surface automation - Potential risk

Hi, We are looking for surface automation as the target system is hosted inside citrix. Wanted to know the comprehensive risks involved in surface automation like "The target resource PC for production should have ideally a fixed resolution", Target application should be in focus while the bot is running etc

Because SA is a 'visual' integration technique, then all visual aspects like resolution, font-smoothing, image compression etc, need to be standardised and under control. SA is all about what you (and BP) can see on the screen, and if you can't see it (because another app is in the way or it's scrolled out of view) then neither can BP.
