It works sometimes and then starts failing for no reason. Has anyone encountered this and knows a solution?
BP Version - 6.10.1
Chrome extension - Blue Prism Extension 6.5 - 6.10 Manifest V3

Thanks.

Greetings, @Luis_Rios ,

The attached screenshot shows our 'Start Process' logic, and is mostly self-explanatory.  I think this falls in line with the 'workaround' solutions others have discussed.  But, some notations...

  1. The argument for the Start Process step sets the opening URL to Google.com.  Initially, I was trying to load a blank page, but that took longer to load than Google (no idea why).
  2. There was a little discussion about the '--force-renderer-accessibility=complete' argument.  It is probably unnecessary, but does not seem to hurt.
  3. Once Google has loaded and 'BluePrism.MessagingHost' is recognized, the next steps (not shown) are to attach to the browser instance and then navigate to the desired webpage.

This works for us most of the time, but there are instances where it takes more than 60 seconds for the extension application to load.  I have confirmed this via Task Manager, but it may also be a reflection of the state of our resources and not solely an issue with the extension.  Though, I guess I would ask why the extension application needs to be the absolutely last item to load in the startup sequence.

I hope this helps,
