Good morning, when you install this version, the program asks you to define a password.
Let's try the easy way. removing BluePrism and Microsoft SQL Server 2017 LocalDB.

When you reinstall you will see here when is asking to define a new password:

Good luck

Hello, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software, the window asking to set password doesnt appear at all

@Anirudh0915 did you uninstall "Microsoft SQL Server 2017 LocalDB" as well? You need to uninstall both Blue Prism and the LocalDB because the password is in the database, so uninstalling and reinstalling Blue Prism won't change that. When you install the learning edition, it detects whether that LocalDB is installed already and uses the existing installation if it's there. Only if you remove it before install will it create a new one. If you look at this point (11:21) in this video https://youtu.be/YJ9C4IJ9UtI?si=JK8cmsP_CdQB-62i&t=681 then it will show what the screens should look like. I also mentioned that the reinstall doesn't really work unless you uninstall the LocalDB as well.
