Unable to open Blue Prism Learning Edition once installed

I have downloaded learning edition via Blue Prism Digital Exchange and installed Blue Prism, however I cannot open Blue Prism to enter the license key. Kindly find attached error message and also below:

Hi Lindsey,

Only possible way to get this working for learning edition is to un install and reinstall BP. ensure you have sql express available on your system and SQL server services is up and running
