I am presently facing a challenge in obtaining the complete email addresses from the CC and TO fields within Outlook VBO. Currently, I can only retrieve the sender's (TO and CC ) name. This issue becomes evident when attempting to use the reply function, as it fails due to the unavailability of the complete email addresses. It's important to note that this situation applies to emails originating both within and outside our domain.

Are you currently using latest outlook VBO available in digital exchange?
If not I would suggest to try using the latest VBO(there are some updates from outlook VBO from last couple of months)

Thank you for the feedback.
However, using the latest outlook VBO isn't still giving the full email addresses as expected. There are still some senders in the CC field that do not have the full email addresses captured; it is only obtaining their names.

I have tried this approach prior to posting the issue; the approach actually works for only mails in the same domain.

Are the email addresses that aren't working with part of your email domain or are they on an outside domain?

They are emails outside the domain. Emails within the domain work fine.
