Unable to select the dropdown in SAP

Please let me know how to select the dropdown in sap, which spying mode will work?  Ex > order reason i want select any reason from the dropdown, i am unable to do that !! . Please see the attached image. kindly help me to sort this issue

Hi, 1)First spy in SAP mode 2)It will display the spied element as combo box( alter match index in the properties after spying and check once more) 3)Use global send keys ""{ENTER}"" for selecting the combo box 4)Use global send keys ""{DOWN 1}"" down + the position of the required item to be selected. Hi Sheetal, Thanks for your reply I am Using Blue prism version 5. When i spy from SAP Mode, I am getting only select option, no global send keys.

Thanks Sheetal, I could achieve till {ENTER}, it is working fine. now i am stuck ,I need to select blank option which i marked.Please find the Attachment.
