Untag Item

Hi,   I'm trying to untag any items which have the tag "Exception: Automatically set exception at CleanUp". It gets executed but there seems to be no effect on the item tag. I tried to remove a tag by getting an item's tag by the Get Item Data stage, and then using the same to untag it too. That too didn't work.  Am I missing something here?    Thanks, Isha

No you're not missing anything, the exception reason is not really a tag and cannot be removed.
