Unzip files in Share drive

Unzipping files in sharedrive by the robot is taking so much time that it is timedout . I have increased the time to 5 mins still facing the problem.

Is this a Blue Prism or an environment issue? I am unaware of any VBO distributed by Blue Prism that interacts with zip files.

May I know which method is used to unzip the file ? Have you used any send keys or written code stage to unzip the file?
