Due to windows security update we are facing issue while logging to blue prism,
"Error: Could not connect to 'BP_Training_Server'.
SOAP security negotiation with 'http://bpenv2_app:8299/bpserver' for target 'http://bpenv2_app:8299/bpserver' failed. See inner exception for more details."

I had the same problem two weeks ago. In my case, the problem was with this update KB5009546
Try uninstalling it, and rebooting the servers (Both, the orchestrator and the digital worker)
Hope this helps you
Bye 🙂

Please find Blue Prism official article about this issue here:
https://help.blueprism.com/Alerts/1784860762/Latest-on-Windows-updates-from-11th-January-2022-causing-authentication-issues-in-Blue-Prism.htm?_ga=2.141869234.1404171811.1642072598-1233960287.163463533....
In short, there are a few options to resolve the error:
- uninstall MS KB path again (be aware, any cumulative Windows update might install it again)
- follow the instruction to set SPN as described in the article by BP (although it didn't work in our multi-domain environment)
- change connection type to '.Net secure' -
- change from SSO to user/pw authentication (mentioned for completeness but I would not suggest this option at all for enterprise installations)

Hi I'm new here,
Just wanted to ask if this is related to the February 2022 Windows patches? We did not install the January 2022 update and we proceed on installing the February 2022 ( KB5010342 ). and after that BluePrism servers encounter that error.
