From the Past two days i'm facing new isuue with one case.
The Procees Pick the Case and Started running in Control Room and at a Particular Action Stage Process Showing Warning Message but when i check the logs BOT already Crossed that Action Stage where it Shows Warning Message in Control Room .
I have default time set for Warning limit to 5 min.I'm thinking that the Stage Name in Control Room is not Chaged till 5 min to the next Stage and Shows Warning Messge.In Session Logs it showing it Crosses the Warning Stage in Control Room and Showing the Other action Stages also.
May i know the Reason why the Stage Name is not chaged in Control Room Even though it Passes the Stage From the Logs?
