Web Service Training Exercise

I am trying the Web Service training exercise "Temperature Converter". However, the web service action is failing. Below details for reference. I am using the Native SOAP integration, this is fine or do we have any recommended approach.

The error message seems to indicate a mis-match in the start/end tags -- looking into the tags entered in the Action at the locations mentioned in the error to ensure they match would be the general first suggestion here.
