how to import page in another process ?

Hello. I would like to know if we have any way to export a page from one process and import this same page into another process. Any tip or help will be extremely welcome. thank you very much.

Right click on the page name/tab, copy, then go to the other process, right click up where the page names are, and then paste.

When you copy pages and stages in BP, it copies XML to the clipboard.

After copying the page, paste it into a text file, send the text file to the other machine, and then copy/paste from there.
