installation error

Hi,
I am new to blue prism,
Recently I download and install the Blue Prism 6.6 trail version in my laptop (windows 10)
Installation was successful.
Now, I try to open the application it show the following error.
(see above screen shots)

We've encountered an error during installation. There could be a number of factors that caused this - check the error message for more details
You can get help from the community site or the portal.
Until it's fixed we'll show you a cute prism cat..

The error message is:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Please help me!!!

I suggest you reinstall Blue Prism
