licence key for Learning

Good afternoon 
 
I have downloaded the local version of Blue Prism learning , but I am yet to receive the licence key needed to access this trial. I know it is sent out by a worker but it's been a while and still nothing and yep I have checked my Spam / Junk
I did call in but was advises to email support@blueprism.com but got an email back to say it currently on hold as the support ticket system does not recognise me, even though I am signed up.

Hi @LeeHellyer,

As you mentioned, the trial licenses are generated via digital worker so the time it takes to send out can vary but generally within 10 minutes.

If you aren't seeing the license in your inbox or spam folder within 24 hours, please whitelist the email coedigital.worker@blueprism.com  and request the license again. You can also reach out to support at DXSupport@blueprism.com and they can assist.
