unable to access the blue prism hub.local for the 4,7 version

hello there, 

seeking assistance 

i have installed the blue prism hub 4.7 on windows server. i was able to access the blue prism authenticaion.local with the default credentials provided. its pops up with hub dashboard but when i click on "hub" icon it throws the "internal server error". i have attached the screenshots and logs.

Receiving an "Internal Server Error" when starting Hub can sometimes indicate an issue with .NET Core components needing a repair. Could you try following the guidance in this Knowledge Base article as a first step to see if it helps?

Alternately, troubleshooting a scenario like this may require more in-depth investigation of the logs, for which I'd recommend opening a Support ticket with us so we could assist further.
