Ability to reset the Archive Logs from the System Settings

HI team,

The GUI does not provide an ability to reset the Archive logs action if it already been triggered and due to some reason if the archive fails.

System Admins should have the ability to reset the Archive Flag as large organizations do not grant access to the Database due to security limitations.

Having a way to control Archiving from the System Settings will be a tremendous help to our BP Administrators. We hope this idea get to next version!
