Editing Priority for Work Queue items after loaded into Queue via Control Room

Currently, In Blue Prism, Users can edit the Status for Queue items which are loaded already into the Queue.

Similarly, Blue Prism has to allow users to edit the Priority of the Work Queue Pending status items. This will help us to meet if urgent work has to be done for the Queue items.

basically, Priority can be modified even after loaded into the Queue.

Similarly, We need Edit Priority option as well

User can have logic inside process to change priority but you're right there is no option to update priority from CR.

Thanks for taking the time to raise an idea.

Can I ask for a little more information on why it's felt that Controllers/Operators need this ability in Control Room? The priority of an item is normally set programmatically on creation and I'd be concerned that opening this up to individual controllers to update may introduce processing problems if an item that will take a long time to process is pushed to the top of the priority list without a user realising what impact this will have on operations at large.

I wonder whether this shifting priority is linked to the items age or how close it is to it's perceived "SLA"? If so, then I wonder if this problem will become solved by the ability to set SLA on work queue items in Blue Prism Enterprise 7.4 and later - based on this new data users can "Get Next Item" in a process based on either Priority, SLA or Priority and SLA (which would get the item with the highest priority value and least time left before it breaches SLA).

Let me know your thoughts - I'm going to set this idea to Needs More Info while I await your reply.
