Form Design - One Form Designer

We need a ‘single modern’ AWD Form Designer. Currently we are having multiple Form Designers in AWD where features found in one are not available in another. It would be good to have all the features in a single form designer which would make it feature complete.

Need to ensure that all the features are carried through.  For example Tables, Date fields not available in Dynamic forms.  Conditional Elements not available in UX designer or Standard Forms.
All these features are required in the final solution

To build on this, with Standard Forms we can populate the contents of a drop down list at runtime with an array, but we cannot do this with Dynamic forms.  
We would also want to make sure that the new solution can support custom Javascript built for standard forms.

To add to this, custom buttons can be placed in a standard form and a connector appears when the form is used in presentation flow. However, in dynamic form we can add a custom button on the form, but this won't show a connector when the form is used in presentation flow

There are a few other critical features in AWD Classic forms that need to be carried over: ability to populate a drop down list with options at runtime with an array, ability to set the contents of a label at runtime with a text variable, compatibility with Javascript and CSS.
