User Admin - Deactivate UserID

Add the ability to automatically deactivate the user

1. disable a user ID (should have distinct status).
2. move to work group
3. remove security (from groups or individual)
4. remove privileges (from roles and individual)
5. remove from team memberships (work select teams, case teams)
6. enable filter to show/hide user accounts from admin screens.

Admin – User Availability Status - I wish the Admin interface would add a status designation of “No Access” to classify users that are no longer valid user [terminated or different position] which automatically removes all security, privileges, and experience levels.

A new User Availability Status of ‘Leaver’ would be very useful, which can be set when someone leaves or no longer needs access to AWD. Once the user is set to Leaver status, work should unassigned and he should disappear from AWD user search
