Ingrid - our records are not dynamically linked to PV so it's possible for the data to be out of sync. It's early days and we are still getting used to the data exchange mechanism, so please be patient and I'll ask the technical team to look into you records. Two years later and I'm having the same problem as acetched above: name changed on BP but not synced to PV. Mailed both to BP and PV about this issue to no avail (no response). Obviously, I'll not able to plan my certification test this way...

How do I proceed?
