BP Exam length extension to 90 minutes

As non-english speaker I'd like to extend my exam to 90 minutes.I've found info to send email to training@bluepirsm.com, but when I do that I got 

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

message.

How can I do that?

You will find the information under the Certification- Exams topic and then under the How do I know if I am eligible for additional time in my exam? heading. Most people already qualify automatically for extra time on the exam based on language so please check the information and then get in touch with us directly if you have any further questions.
