Hi, I am now already after my exam.
Some info for people with the same question:
-If you are eligible for the extra 30 minutes for your exam, you need to send an email to training@bluepirsm.com , requesting it.
-You will then be asked to send a scan of your passport (by email) and Blue Prism team will approve the request and inform Pearson Vue team to add the extra 30 minutes to your exam.
-Someone from the Pearson Vue team will call you to schedule the exam and add the 30 minutes accommodation to it.
You can either have the exam already booked before you request the extra 30 minutes , or you can book it after.
One thing I did not like is that, if the Pearson Vue person will schedule the exam for you , then you need to provide him by phone your bank card details. And this was quite unacceptable for me.
So I scheduled the exam by myself first (with the 60 minutes length) and then I sent an email to Pearson Vue representative, to call me so he could re-schedule it and add the extra 30 minutes.
In this way you do not need to provide them with your bank card details.(Just be sure to schedule it to a later date than the date that you really want to take the exam , so you have enough time to reschedule it with the extra time)
I hope this info helps.
