I have looked at your portal account and it is active and set up correctly as is your account in the LMS. If you are still having issues, please can you fill out our contact form so that we can further investigate this issue for you. Also it has been a few days since you reported this issue, can you please also just try again in case it was something that happened on that day specifically?
