Evaluation survey

Good afternoon, everyone!
I am completing the foundation training course.
I am really at the last point: the evaluation survey. But I can't proceed, the display shows me that image.



All previous steps are already completed and all slides marked as read, so I really don't know what would be missing.
Even using a different browser the problem still persists.
How can I go ahead?

1.You have to complete all respective section.
2.Download all PDFs and it will mark as completed

if you are sure that everything is done and facing same issue, then you have to drop an email to training@blueprism.com.
