Exploring Blue Prism AI Capabilities and Availability in Learning Edition

Hi Community,

I have been using Blue Prism for a long time and would now like to further explore the platform’s AI, cognitive automation, and emerging agentic automation capabilities.

After reviewing the Blue Prism website and recent announcements, I understand that Blue Prism has been building its cloud-based infrastructure to support intelligent automation and AI-driven use cases. I’m keen to explore these newer capabilities in more depth and am looking for reliable learning content, guidance, and hands-on resources.

Could you please help clarify the following:

1. What AI-related capabilities are currently supported in Blue Prism (for example, AI Skills, ML/NLP integrations, or integration with external AI/GenAI services via APIs)?

2. Which of these capabilities are available in the Blue Prism Learning Edition, and which are restricted to enterprise licensing?

3. Are there any recommended learning paths, sample projects, reference architectures, or best practices to experiment with AI-driven use cases (such as document understanding, cognitive automation, or GenAI integrations), especially using the Learning Edition?

4. Is there any trial or evaluation edition available that allows deeper exploration of these AI and agentic automation capabilities beyond the Learning Edition?

Any guidance, documentation links, or insights from those who have implemented AI-driven use cases would be greatly appreciated.

hello @Anujjain155  -  You can explore AI gateway which is one of the Agentic AI solution from SS&C Blue prism.

You need to reach out to your account Manager as this Product require API key which need to feed in Set API key Action of VBO . Currently it is hosted in SS&C Private cloud with a roadmap to be available in other cloud network in this year .
