No acknowledgement from Training Support Request Form

Hello Bot Builders,
Hopefully everyone is well and keeping safe.
I have some issues regarding my BP exam with Pearson.
Pearson directed me to send an email to training@blueprism.com.
I emailed on the email ID provided which returned with the message that this mailbox is no longer monitored, please log on your issue on the "BP Training Support Request Form".
Now, I have logged on my issue 2 times on this form with expectation of getting a ticket number but still for 1 week I have not received any Confirmation Email /  Ticket Number from blue prism.
Is there any issue going on with BP support?
