Pearson Vue Registration

My Blue Prism portal account is more than 4 months old and am not able to register at Pearson Vue for BP Developer exam. I was wondering if anyone had the same issue and how it got resolved.

I am also facing same issue to register at Pearson. Where can we get the blueprism portal id?

Hello John - I did contact support@blueprism.com and on both occasions I got back a ticket number and unknown user email. The ticket numbers are 10991 and 11809. It says that they don't recognize my email and that they have never corresponded with me before on that email id. I replied back and attached prior email exchange for ticket# 8897. No response from support.

Both tickets are open and 10991 has an agent assigned to it, so they should respond at some point. I have also added a note with a link to this discussion.

I have the same problem, I have sent emails to support twice, no response  As mentioned in the exam document APD01 -Blue Prism Professional Developer ""A minimum of one month must elapse between a failed exam and an exam resit. To register for an exam please go to https://home.pearsonvue.com/""  But it does't appear on the available exam list after 2 months

Sorry, Actually I got a response, with this link, but when i click on the link , it goes to my account page You can view and update your ticket by visiting https://support.blueprism.com/helpdesk/tickets/22151 Many queries can be answered by searching our Knowledge Base
