My Blue Prism portal account is more than 4 months old and am not able to register at Pearson Vue for BP Developer exam. I was wondering if anyone had the same issue and how it got resolved.
Hello John - I did contact support@blueprism.com and on both occasions I got back a ticket number and unknown user email. The ticket numbers are 10991 and 11809. It says that they don't recognize my email and that they have never corresponded with me...
