We are writing with the most recent updates to test delivery affected by COVID-19 across the globe.
United States Updates:
- In the United States the following actions are being taken at Pearson VUE-owned and operated testing centers in alignment with government requirements:
Waco, Texas PPC:
- Effective December 9 appointment capacity must be reduced to 50% for all programs
- Affected candidates will begin receiving cancellation/reschedule emails on December 7
Virginia PPCs:
- The Virginia Dept of Health Professions and the Virginia Dept of Health and Human Resources have reviewed the mitigation strategies in place at test centers and provided approval to operate at full capacity
- Targeting to have Pearson VUE-owned test centers (PPCs) operating at full, or near-full capacity in the coming weeks
Pearson Vue are continuing to deliver exams to third-party test centers that are operational in the United States.
Rest of World Updates:
Athens, Greece PPC:
- The current lockdown has been extended in Greece; as a result, exam deliveries at our PPC in Athens, Greece must be suspended through December 13
- Appointment availability begins December 14
- Affected candidates will begin receiving cancellation/reschedule emails on December 7
- We are continuing to deliver exams to third-party test centers that are operational
