Regarding Blue prism Certification

Hi Team,

I am trying to book exam for the blue prism certification but I am unable to do that. 
I am getting error saying that "Are your details correct? We couldn't find a match in our system. Make changes and try again."

I follow the below steps :
https://portal.blueprism.com/ -> Certification -> Book Your Exam -> https://www.pearsonvue.co.uk/blueprism ->create an account -> given first name(Kanchan) last name (Namdeo) Blue prism portal id(kanchan_namdeo) ->clicking on next button.

after that i am getting  "Are your details correct? We couldn't find a match in our system. Make changes and try again."

Kindly help me on the same.

Hi Kanchan - please raise a ticket with the Education Services team and ask them to investigate. It looks like either PV don't have you in their system, or else they can't match your ID.
