while I'm trying to solve lab06- DX training labs, Twilio – SMS Messaging

I need Username & Password, they said they are in Read me file or in Appendix B but nothing Read me and I can't find Appendix B

So, where is Appendix B?or where to find them?

Appendix A and B are at the end of the Word doc titled Lab 06 - Credential Manager and Digital Exchange BP.docx which is included in the zip file of labs available on the DX.
