Hi Srihari Kodi,
There is no HTML mode available while using browser as Chrome, but we can see "Browser mode".
I tried to launch & login to a site for an automation.
I tried to spy the Login Button element using UIA mode, It isn't popping the spying area as it should.
Is there any solution for this issue.

One of them is to check your browser version, extension version, and BP version - https://bpdocs.blueprism.com/browser-compatibility.htm
Here is the chrome guide for the same.

FWIW - I've run into cases were the browser extension gets confused, especially if you kill the Chrome instance instead of closing it gracefully. In those cases, the only way I was able to reset things and get the connection between the extension and Blue Prism working again was to uninstall and reinstall the extension. You might try that if you haven't already.
To be clear, the Chrome extension does support HTML/browser mode.
