Unable to connect with Database in Blueprism 7.1

Hello,
I am unable to login to Blueprism 7.1
I installed Blueprism 7.1 and after installation when I am willing to proceed to the page where i need to configure the license.
I am getting stucked in mid way and getting below error.
I have deleted the Blueprism Limited Folder from AppData also but no solution.
I deleted from registry also same issue.
Can anyone please help

Are you using the training version of the regular enterprise version?
If you don't remember the password, you need to remove from programs and features the SQL localDB installed when Blue Prism was installed at the same time.
Then start all over again.

You can try to create a direct connection to SQL if you already have an instance installed on your machine
