How to get path of an element identified by AA/UI mode if not able to spy using HTML mode

The code is throwing an error - "unable to attach" while attching browser based application even though it is launched from the application modelller. 

While stepping from one page to another. I am getting the following error.The error seems to be occurring in the attach sheet. Internal : Exception: A stack imbalance has occurred. Check your process for errors.
