When robot is opening excel file then the screen it was stuck . It says Blue Prism stopped working.Noted: I run robot by control room.Would you mind helping me what the issue and whether it belongs to Blueprism or the machine environment ? Thanks

I use the "get number of row" action of MS Excel but the results are different in the machine. example : Runtime1 has 100 rows but runtime2 has 57 rows. (use the same one source code)Can you suggest me solution for this issues ?----------------------...

Thanks for reply.I pasted image when robot run at step open file excel then the pop-up appear.Notes: We have 2 runtime machines, but at that step not stable on both machines. Sometimes this machine works and reverse

Hi Devneet Mohanty,Thanks for supportI use one Excel file for get rows, I've tried it on other machines and they've all had the same results. but only machine 1 has a different result. I think the problem is the Excel software of that machine.-------...
