Missing Launch option from Navigate Stage - Action drop down

I've added a element (Log-in Window) for the Centrix Data Solutions, and a Navigate Stage, but in the drop-down list of Actions, I don't seem to have the Launch option. Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated.------------------------------Melanie C...

Could anyone help me please? I'm unable to find the Launch option in the drop-down menu of the Navigate stage as per Section 6 activity slides, page 7. See attachment. I would be grateful for any assistance.
